Which credit bureaus do you support? +
Standard and above plans support all 4 major Indian bureaus: CIBIL (TransUnion), Experian, Equifax, and CRIF High Mark. Basic plan supports CIBIL only.
Are the dispute letters legally valid? +
Yes. Our letters cite the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (CICRA), RBI Master Directions on Credit Information Reporting, and the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021. They are legally valid under Indian law.
How secure is my data? +
All files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. PAN numbers are masked in all API responses. We use HTTPS and bank-grade security throughout. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
What payment methods are accepted? +

How long does it take to resolve disputes? +
Under RBI guidelines, bureaus must resolve disputes within 30–45 days. KYC mismatch disputes have a 21-day SLA. Most disputes are resolved within 3–4 weeks in practice.
